Matt Plose

Matt Plose is Chief Financial Officer of UBM Aviation.  He was appointed to the post in February 2011.

From 2007 to 2010, Matt worked at TSL Education, the UK's leading educational publisher in print, online, events and recruitment services.  In his role as Director, he was responsible for setting up the Search and Selection recruitment division, taking the business from concept to market leader within 18 months of launch. 

Previously, Matt spent seven years at UBM, holding a number of senior finance roles across CMP Information, latterly as Divisional Finance Director for International Media. In this role, he helped lead and support the growth of CMPi globally, and was responsible for managing teams located in Europe, North America and South America. He has been involved in a number of acquisitions and product launches and has significant experience in business reengineering.

Matt holds a BA Honours in Accountancy and Finance and is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
