Angela McGovern

Angela McGovern is Executive Vice President, Human Resources for UBM Aviation, and has been with the company since April 2008, when she joined as Senior Human Resources Manager for Europe and Asia. She has global responsibility for all elements of the “Employee Life Cycle,” including the performance and engagement of the company's employees, talent management, and organizational and leadership development programmes.

Her experience includes serving as the UK Human Resources Manager at Electrolux Professional, as the Human Resources Director for part of a major international recruitment company, and has held positions in learning & development management and as a HR generalist.

Angela is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), and is certified by the British Psychological Society.
